Admission requirements

Admission requirements for Humber depend on your country of origin or country of study and the level of education you have achieved prior to applying.

It is important that you contact us for detailed program-specific requirements such as: portfolios, interviews, additional testing, questionnaires, etc.

Please note that for September our highest demand programs may close as early as February 1st of each year.

Applications will be processed when the completed application, $75 CAD non-refundable application fee payment, and all required documents are received.The published requirements are the minimum cut-offs and admission is at the discretion of Humber Institute. Admissions requirements may change at any time.

Scholarships

Humber offers scholarships to international students who have demonstrated academic excellence. A variety of scholarships are available including renewable, entrance and degree scholarships.

Humber offers entrance scholarship, which is available for Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Graduate Certificate students joining Humber in September 2020.

Bachelor’s Degree scholarships are also available to students coming directly from high school/secondary school studies, who are non-transfer students (i.e. haven’t attended college or university, or studied in Humber’s EAP program), and are unlimited in quantity.

Graduates of Humber’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Certificate Program (Level 8) are also eligible for awards.
